Meet Dr Suresh Nair

Dr Suresh Nair is a Fertility Specialist and the co-founder of Monash IVF Singapore. He practices at Seed of Life, Fertility & Women’s Care Medical Centre at Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre, Singapore.

Specialties:
Reproductive endocrinology, infertility and assisted reproductive techniques (eg: IVF, ICSI, IUI) minimal access endoscopic surgery, robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery, obstetrics, and gynaecology.

Experience:
Dr Nair has over 30 years’ experience as an obstetrician and gynaecologist. His formal training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology was completed in the United Kingdom. He earned advanced credentials in Europe for Advanced Endoscopic Surgery (France) and Advanced Pelviscopic Surgery (Germany) and received his Master’s in Reproductive Medicine in Australia. Dr Nair’s passion for advance training in surgical techniques includes completed course work for: SGH Robotic-assisted Laparoscopic Surgery, Cadaveric Surgery at Orsi Academy (Belgium) and Da Vinci Xi Surgical Platform program in Australia.

Awards & Recognition:
Dr Nair is a highly regarded leader in the ART community having been invited as faculty to lecture and conduct training programmes in assisted reproduction and endoscopic surgery at regional and international meetings and contributes to peer-reviewed journals and authoritative publications. He shares his knowledge to the next generation of medical professionals through mentorship to gynaecologists in Singapore and the Asia region.

Dr Nair is co-founder of Monash IVF Singapore. His leadership, as Medical Director launched the centre’s existence into Singapore in April 2022 with a highly reputable and experienced doctor bench of fertility specialists. Prior to him taking the helm at Monash IVF in Singapore, Dr Nair had served as Medical Director for three other fertility centres based in the Singapore market including: Parkway Fertility Centre, Mount Elizabeth Hospital 2008-2011, Pacific Fertility Institutes, Royal Square Novena, 2018-2019 and Advanced Centre for Reproductive Medicine, Gleneagles Hospital June 2020 – December 2021.

Dr Nair is presently the Chairman of the Reproductive Medicine Section, of the College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Singapore.
