Meet Dr Kelly Loi

Dr Kelly Loi Shen-Yi is the Medical Director and fertility consultant at Monash IVF Singapore. She practices obstetrics and gynaecology at Health & Fertility Centre for Women.

Specialties:
Antenatal care, fertility treatments, minimally invasive gynae laparoscopic and reproductive surgery, and obstetrics and gynaecology.

Experience:
Practicing for more than 20 years, Dr Loi has mined her vast medical experiences from Singapore, United Kingdom and United States. In Singapore, she was a former consultant in the department of reproductive medicine at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH). Before being appointed Medical Director for Monash IVF in Singapore, Dr Kelly Loi was the medical director of Mt Elizabeth Fertility Centre at Mount Elizabeth Hospital and a representative for Mt Elizabeth Hospital Medical Advisory Board for its fertility centre.

Awards & Recognition:
In 2008 and 2009, Dr Loi was awarded the Excellent Clinical Service Award, as well as the Long Service Award from KKH. She was also granted an overseas fellowship by the Ministry of Health Singapore to undergo advanced training in fertility preservation for cancer patients in Belgium.

Dr Loi is passionate about research in her areas of speciality and is continually invited to participate and present about such topics at local and internationally medical conferences. She is well published as an author to several medical papers and a reviewer for peer-reviewed international medical journals for obstetrics and gynaecology.
